- Every month on the first Saturday of the month, a siren test including all the new emergency sirens will be held.

Attention Senior citizens of Bristol
Starting July 1, 2007. the Country Neighbor Program, of Orwell, will be providing transportation to citizens over the age of 60 to destinations in Warren. Funding for this service is provided by the newly approved Trumbull Senior Services Levy. Every Thursday, Country Neighbor will pick up passengers at the Bristol Town Hall at 8:15 am. and drop you off at your destination of choice in the Warren, Niles, or Holland area. You could request Wall Mart on Elm Rd, Trumbull Memorial or St. Joseph hospitals on Market Av., or the Eastwood Mall in Niles. Three to four hours latter the Country Neighbor vehicle will pick you back up for the return trip back to Bristol. Just call on Wednesday before noon to make your resevation on the bus for Thursday. The round trip cost will be $4.00 or $2.00 one way.This is your Levey at work, please take advantage of this new service.
